Returned goods shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer. In order to receive a full refund you must return your original packing slip/invoice, including a return authorization code, along with the unused portion of your product. You can obtain a return authorization code by calling Customer Service at (800) 932.9873.
Products purchased through hydropeptide.com may not be returned to your aesthetician or physician (or vise versa). Credit will be issued to your account upon the receipt of returned goods that are accompanied by the required information noted above. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
